In this detached house of approximately 300m2, the clients expressed their wish to divide it into three flats in order to rent out two of them, keeping one part as their main residence. The challenge was to reduce space without sacrificing comfort and spaciousness. The result was the creation of a duplex for the clients, a flat and a penthouse with a terrace on the upper floor.

The main focus of the project was the design of the clients’ duplex, where the aim was to create large, integrated spaces with a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. To achieve this, natural oak wood was used and neutral colours were chosen for walls and ceilings, providing a serene and balanced atmosphere that invites you to enjoy your home.
